Sam Tops Super Lates at Orlando

This was to be Sam’s 2nd race
in the super lates this past Friday night. The graphics
haven't been changed yet-so Sam ran in Michael William’s
#32 car. There was a good turn out of cars and it took
two heats to sort out the racing order. Sam went in
the 2nd heat and finished first, placing him on outside
pole for the feature. He started beside Rusty Ebersole.
Rusty took the early lead, but as Sam was about to
overtake for the lead, a caution came out putting him
back to 2nd spot. About 4 laps later, Sam got around
rusty and settled into his rhythm, leading all the
way to the checkered flag. After the last few races
with disappointing results, this was great for Sam
to go out and get his first win.
Sam will be racing in the #73 late model car this weekend,
Saturday November 19th, at Desoto speedway in Bradenton.
